Inox product details
Making a flagpole out of wood. Ha Giang stainless steel flagpole. Your wooden flagpole will be completely hand-made from start to finish and no details, no matter how small, will be ignored.
We are not an automatic production line, no lathes, simply no need. It only takes hand tools and electric utilities to speed things up a bit ....
For us, making a flagpole is an effort of love, it is a skill and an art that our skilled artisans are not only perfect but also extremely passionate about.Making a flagpole out of wood.
We want to make you the best of the flagpole and to do so, we use only the best materials.
Start with our choice of wood; We use only high-growth vertical nuts, Douglas Fir has exactly the same quality as those used to make the masts and spars of the world's most beautiful yachts.
This quality wood is a pleasure to work with, it costs a bit higher, but it's worth it. It is fine grain, strong, straight but with a degree of flexibility suitable to move with the elements.
Most other manufacturers of wooden flagpoles must assemble six or seven thin wooden panels together to get a usable width to make the flagpole, this is because they are using a lower wood taken from large, weak, and knotted seedlings, resin spots and wild seeds, all of which must be removed. Buying wood this way is certainly a lot cheaper and because epoxy resin is available, the thin planks will certainly be very solid when bonded together, but somehow, it just feels wrong. We love working with wood and we want you to have a wooden flagpole, not an low-cost, low-end epoxy flagpole.
To keep costs reasonable, we just need to link the two beautiful lengths together to get the width needed to make your flagpole.
To get the length we require, we use two more lengths if needed. This plastic has a distinctive dark color that when polished looks great and adds loads of characters to our flagpole. It is honesty and shows how your flagpole was created, nothing is hidden, and the craftsman's skills and love are clear for everyone to see.
The next step is shaping and all is done by hand and eye and it's great that skill and experience can make a perfect flagpole every time.
Lots of sanding follows, which is the best part when the paper starts to glide and the wood becomes smooth and perfectly shaped, making a flagpole out of wood.
